Simon Baker is a Square Peg associate and has worked with members of the Square Peg team for over 4 years. He has provided senior consulting and management services since 1994. He is a professionally accredited Member of the Institute of Management Services; a Chartered Geologist; and a guest lecturer on Human, Economic, Business and Scientific subjects at many institutions, including University of Toronto.

Frank Gallo retired from Watson Wyatt in 2004 where he was the Managing Consultant for Greater China. Frank managed offices in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen and Hong Kong. He commutes between Los Angeles and Beijing and provides executive mentoring and HR consultation with companies doing business in China.

Jackie Greaner is associated with Square Peg through a global coaching venture and is the
Managing Consultant for Watson Wyatt’s Atlanta office with responsibility for a 6 state region. She holds a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and is a licensed psychologist, member of the executive committee of the Human Resource Planning Society and the Human Resource Leadership Forum.

Veronica Grigg is a Square Peg associate and worked with members of the team during her time as Executive Director of Watson Wyatt’s Australian Human Capital Group. She is a former Director and Head of People Solutions of KPMG Australia and Head of Regional Consulting for DDI (Development Dimensions International) Asia Pacific.

Alfonso Jiménez is co-founder partner of People Matters where his clients include Axa, Pfizer and Grupo Santander. Prior to this, he was the Managing Consultant for the Spanish subsidiary and partner of Watson Wyatt Worldwide and a member of the Human Capital Practice in Europe. He conducts conferences and seminars in various business and academic forums and contributes to a number of courses for consultants on a regular basis. He teaches at the Instituto de Empresa Business School and in 2003 was named one of the Spain’s Top Ten “Management Gurus”.

Susana Marcos is co-founding partner of People Matters and has vast experience in areas like retribution, organizational effectiveness, and change management. Prior to this, she was Practice Leader of the Human Capital Group at Watson Wyatt where she contributed to building the company in Spain from 1997. Previously, she worked as an HR consultant for Andersen Consulting and was HR Manager in the financial services sector. Susana has consulted both in Spain and Latin America for local and multinational companies in all sectors. She also conducts seminars and conferences in diverse academic and business forums.
Graduate of the Universidad Complutense de Madrid in Education with a Master’s degree in Human Resources and an Executive MBA (IESE, Madrid).

Todd Montgomery is a Square Peg International consultant and has more than eight years of combined consulting and in-house experience in strategic communications, relationship management, brand building, and change management. Todd is also a talented writer and university lecturer on the subjects of online communications, cross-cultural business, and effective communication and branding techniques.

Shailésh Shah is a Square Peg associate who has worked with members of the team for over 4 years. He recently assumed the role of Managing Director of Vinculum Grey after retiring his role as Managing Director of Watson Wyatt India. Shailésh has an MBA, a Masters in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research, and a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering. Shailésh has taught courses on Mergers & Acquisitions, Variance Reduction Techniques, Risk Management and Developing Leadership.

Dale Sutton is a Senior Square Peg Associate working out of the Toronto offfice and has been working in organizations for over thirty years. Her consulting work is enriched by the years she spent as a line manager in the public and private sectors, before she left to become a consultant and inspirational facilitator. She combines her business background, MBA, consulting experience and expertise in executive coaching to support senior leaders and their teams through transitions. She supports clients from our base in Canada and is expert designing and implementing cultural change management processes. Doug Ross and Dale have worked together for over 15 years during which time they have developed effective approaches to facilitating global executives.

Karen Walls is a Senior Associate of Square Peg and operates at Board and OPCo levels with organisations such as J. Sainsbury, Anglo America, Orange, Barclays, and Reuters. She was rated as one of the top 5% of consultants at Accenture, is past winner of the MCA award for her transformation of an oil company was Head of Organisational Growth at Hay, and has deep experience in OD and business led transformations. Karen is an MBA lecturer at Warwick Business School and currently works in the UK combining her business acumen with a deep understanding of people.
